Meanwhile, controversial octuplet mom is under fire by an L.A.-area psychiatrist who has filed a complaint against her with the Department of Children and Family Services/Child Protective Services. "The Insider" has obtained the explosive new document.
Psychiatrist Carole Lieberman has filed a complaint against the octuplet mom for her "inability to properly care for her 14 children," urging the DCFS/CPS to step in and take action before the newborn octuplets are taken home from the hospital by Suleman.
In the five-page document dated last Thursday, Lieberman lays out her case for believing Suleman's children are in “psychological and physical danger."
Lieberman first points to previous psychological reports stemming from Suleman's workers' compensation case, which allegedly indicate that the mother of 14 was "depressed and suicidal."
The Beverly Hills psychiatrist goes on to say Suleman has a "severely narcissistic personality, with grandiosity, unrealistic fantasies, a belief that she is special, a need for excessive admiration, a disturbing sense of entitlement, a willingness to exploit other people, a lack of empathy and arrogance."
Lieberman says Suleman's recent behavior supports these claims -- including apparently having cosmetic plastic surgery and hiring a publicist. She points to Suleman's lack of means to care for her 14 children, both financially and emotionally.
The complaint says Suleman lacks empathy for her children, her sperm-donor friend, and her mother. Lieberman says Suleman has forced her own mother into "indentured servitude" in caring for her children.
Lieberman also condemns Suleman's decision to have more children because the controversial mother already apparently had three special needs children who may require extra care and attention.
"I would urge you to begin a formal investigation immediately and to take the appropriate steps to remove at least some of them from her care," Lieberman writes at the conclusion of the complaint.
