Anna Paquin's Romance with 'True Blood' Costar

It's official! Anna Paquin has a "True Blood" boyfriend!

The Oscar winning actress is currently seeing her on-screen love interest Stephen Moyer, TV Guide Magazine confirms.

“The reason it was dodged last year was very intentional on both our parts,” Moyer tells the publication. “We didn’t want to take anything away from the show. The show is the star, not the two people having a relationship.”

Moyer says his girlfriend is "the best." “It’s just exciting and that was there from day one,” Moyer says to TV Guide Magazine. “We always take the piss out of each other and are silly with each other and it is great. We’re very, very happy. She’s the best.”

On HBO's "True Blood," Paquin plays telepathic waitress Sookie Stackhouse who falls for vampire Bill Compton (Moyer) after she realizes she can't read his mind.

  • That's great.I love True Blood. The first time i watched it was New Year's Eve. I watched the whole series that day and night. I was hooked. At the end it asked if I had a graving. LOL. I Do. When Is the next series?

  • This show and these two actors are fantastic. I have my daughters hooked on True Blood. Everything STOPS when True Blood is on HBO. I can watch each show over and over again. Can't wait for the first season box set to come out.
