Michelle Obama Looks on During Presidential Address

First Lady Michelle Obama beamed with pride as she joined the crowd in cheering the President's speech on Tuesday night in Washington DC.

Mrs. Obama, standing beside a schoolgirl who wrote a letter asking for assistance for her school, applauded as her husband, President Barack Obama, addressed members of Congress at the Capitol. Obama touched on everything from the economy to the importance of education in the speech.

The always fashionable first lady wore a purple sleeveless dress to hear her husband speak.
