The film is about two not too brilliant playwrights that move into together in a flat on the Upper East Side of New York, one has a thing for cross dressing and the other acts as a mentor and is a part time escort to rich women. It doesn’t take much to work out how things will progress with this comedy based storyline.
Katie Holmes was seen with a script in between takes rehearsing her lines, and this particular shoot was a fairly emotional scene where she breaks down in tears. The film is directed by Robert Pulcini and Shari Springer Berman of American Splendor fame and with the film in its formative stages, the cinema release date with normal movie production time frames , looks to be this time next year. Fascinating watching an actress in action!
