Rapper T.I. will have to raise his child support payments to the mother of his two children - after a judge increased the monthly installments for a second time.
The Whatever You Like hitmaker, 27, gives ex-girlfriend LaShon Dixon regular payments to care for the former couple’s two sons, aged seven and eight.
T.I. - real name Clifford Harris Jr. - was taken to court last year (08) by his ex, after she claimed the $2,000 (£1,379) monthly installments were not enough. An Atlanta, Georgia judge agreed and forced the star to raise the payments to $3,000 (£2,068).
But Dixon continued her fight, and now a judge at Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court has granted her an extra $2,000 (£1,379), bringing her monthly total to $5,000 (£3,448).
At the hearing on Wednesday (25Feb09), the judge also stated that the custody arrangement between the pair will remain the same.
The hip-hop star currently shares custody of the boys, with Dixon retaining primary physical custody.
Dixon’s attorney Randy Kessler admitted his client is “very grateful” for the judge’s decision, calling it “a complete victory”.
Mediaoutrage- So that’s $60,000 a year. Interesting.

Do you like this season's option of the judges being able to "save" someone from elimination?
