One would think that a man who's as free with his emotions as Tom Cruise is wouldn't be so secretive when he throws a bash at his house. But E! Online reports otherwise. A waiter who worked at a recent soiree thrown by Cruise and his wife Katie Holmes at their Beverly Hills home has revealed that he was forced to sign a 20-page confidentially agreement and submit to a background check before he was allowed to serve drinks and grub to the couple's famous pals.
