Britney Spears will kick off w her Circus Tour when she takes the stage at the New Orleans Arena on March 3. Britney has been working overtime preparing for her show which will include a stage filled with a three circus rings, magic tricks, and a few sexy signature dance moves from the popstar herself.

“She’s pretty determined,” a friend tells PEOPLE. “She missed singing and performing and the freedom of that. It gives her an escape and it’s what she loves to do, so she’s definitely thankful to be doing that again.”
