Jail bound socialite Paris Hilton should be ready for the “worst experience” of her life, " Natalia McLennan, the former 2,000 dollars-an-hour hooker says.

"It's the worst experience of your life - you're locked up, the food is disgusting and everybody wants to be your friend, but in the end they just want to [bleep] you," McLennan told Page Six.

McLennan, who is now a stylist at a top Montreal spa, said that the 26-year-old should be prepared for a strip search by a group of female officers before she checks into her cell.

"She'll want to make at least one good friend, like a Nicole Richie, to watch her back for her when she takes a shower . . . And I'd tell her, 'Drop the attitude,’” she said.

McLennan also added that the hotel heiress should get used to a group of masculine lesbians who try to get physical with girls.

Meanwhile, Paris Hilton is "emotionally distraught and traumatized" over her 45-day jail sentence and is not capable of testifying in a civil suit against her, her psychiatrist said.

Dr. Charles Sophy has been seeing the 26-year-old socialite for the past eight months and has talked with her several times since her May 4 hearing for violating the terms of her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case, according to court papers .

In court papers filed Monday, Sophy said Hilton is "distraught and traumatized as a consequence of the findings at the May 4 hearing ... and her fear of incarceration."

"At this point in time," he continued, "Ms. Hilton cannot effectively respond to examination as a witness or provide any significant input into her defense."
