Lindsay and mom Dina have been sued by a freelance photographer who claims Lindsay Lohan hit him on March 13 in the West Village with her mother's car. The photographer. Giovanni Arnold, claims he "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" from the BMW on Ninth Ave. between 12th and 13th streets. He suffered injuries to both knees and was still getting medical attention on Tuesday. The file also claims that the Lohans were "negligent, careless and reckless" with the vehicle. Arnold is seeking an undisclosed amount from the "Georgia Rule" actress "for his pain and suffering and his lost wages." Arnold was apparently among a few photographers following the 20-year-old starlet to The Gansevoort in the Meatpacking District from a nightclub (of all places). Both Lindsay and Dina have 30 days to respond to the lawsuit.
So we all know that Dina has to be living vicariously through Lindsay, but does she really have to be going to nightclubs with her? Well at least Lindsay was going home with Mom instead of some mystery man (this time)!
