Could another one of Jennifer Aniston's former flames be off the market? Several reports indicate that funnyman Vince Vaughn has proposed to his girlfriend of one year, Kyla Weber. Weber, a Canadian, was allegedly proposed to over Valentine's Day, where Vaughn is said to have presented her with a four karat diamond clocking in at $125,000. UK paper The Mirror first reported the V-Day proposal, saying that Vaugh even got old fashioned and "dropped to one knee."
