Matthew Settle, who plays the father of Penn Badgley and Taylor Momsen on “Gossip Girl,” has become a real-life daddy!Matthew, 39, and his wife Naama Nativ, 25, welcomed a daughter Thursday afternoon, says People.com.
"Baby and mother are happy and healthy and the new parents are thrilled," the actor’s rep tells the Web site.
The couple’s newborn, Aven Angelica, weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces.
