Kelly Rutherford looked smashing in a floral print, bump-hugging tail dress at a fundraising event in New York last night. The “Gossip Girl” actress is absolutely glowing and seems just about ready to bring her second baby into the world. Kelly’s not the only one psyched about the impending birth: her two-year old son, Hermes, can’t wait to have a baby sister.

“He’s getting excited about it. We talk about it. I don’t know if the reality is there yet but he’s really sweet. He calls her by her name. I think he’s going to be an amazing big brother.” [Source]
