A Los Angeles judge finalized the divorce giving Heche and Laffoon single status.
Laffoon, filed for divorce in February of '07, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The couple married in 2001 and settled their financial arrangements in June of last year.
In the subsequent months, the pair worked out additional custody details and the split of their assets. Now, according to the final papers, Heche and Laffoon will share 50-50 physical and legal custody of their son Homer, now 7 years old. Laffoon waived his right to claim any spousal support and will get half of all their community property, including more than $700,000 worth of stocks and other assets, on top of a lump sum cash payment of $515,000. Heche gets to keep her multimillion-dollar home in Vancouver, B.C.
Heche is currently expecting a child with boyfriend and former "Men In Trees" costar James Tupper.
