Cannes rolls the red carpet for Abhi-Ash

Ash and Abhi have made their presence felt at Cannes . The two made a happy picture as they made their presence felt on the opening night of the 60th Cannes film festival on Wednesday. Ash made a fashion statement in an off-shoulder white gown and a diamond necklace. Abhishek opted for a classic formal black suit.

Aishwarya rai is present at the festival to promote L’Oreal for which she is a brand ambassador. Ash got a chance to exchange notes with fellow L’Oreal models Andie MacDowell and Norah Jones. The couple will also promote the film “Guru” and Ash will lend her charisma to the opening of “Jodha Akbar”. Ash was quoted as telling an international channel “This is the first travel where people start calling you, ‘Hello Mrs Bachchan, good evening,” She further added “I’ve maybe done a double take at times, but pleasantly so, it makes us smile, so it’s been good.”

The younger Bachchan couple will be joined by Amitabh and Jaya; Amitabh will be there to promote “Cheeni Kum”.
