Solange's 2 1/2-year-old son Daniel Julez will serve as the face of Baby Jamz, with his image appearing on all toy packaging and in print and television advertisements for the product line. Solange recently posted some pictures of Daniel Julez on her MySpace, and he certainly will make an adorable spokesmodel!
The idea stems from Matthew's belief that there are a lack of toys which reflect urban society. Matthew plans to release a music CD series as an accompaniment for Baby Jamz-- featuring songs by both Beyonce and Solange -- and to grow the product line to include children's clothing. The clothing line would then be affiliated with the House of Dereon, created by Beyonce and her mother Tina Knowles, as well as Dereon, launched by Beyonce and Solange.
