"The Insider" has confirmed Howard K. Stern and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor have been released after surrendering to Los Angeles authorities for felony conspiracy charges.
The Whittier Police Department tells "The Insider" that Stern and Dr. Kapoor were both released Thursday night at 9:45 p.m. after posting a $20,000 bond.
Stern, Dr. Kapoor, and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich are charged with three felony counts of conspiracy to furnish Anna Nicole Smith with drugs before her death, and they also face additional charges for writing fraudulent prescriptions.
"The Insider" has learned that Dr. Eroshevich is expected to turn herself into authorities on Monday.

I never particularly liked him or trusted him! His eyes are the eyes of a criminal and I am sure that, had Larry Birkhead not put his foot down and carried on his fight for Dannielynn, God knows if she too, would not be dead today!
HKS manipulated ANS, brainwashed her, isolated her from having any closeness with anyone, and to complete the long time orchestrated plan to eliminate her, he talked her into moving to the Bahamas.
The plan was perfect! It is all so clear to see: away from everyone she knew, he would be able to carry on with his project to kill dumb ANS little by little and make it look like it was a natural tragedy! ANS was not an educated person and HKS knew it and took advantage of that! She was a very easy prey for him and in line to inherit the millions from her deceased husband, whom by the way, she used too! She was solely after his money and Howard K. Stern then was after "her money".
I sincerely hope this investigation goes deep enough to find out if there were any documents, wills and testaments signed by Anna Nicole leaving everything to this pimp! If those are found, I will not bit surprised one bit, but will be elated to find out that God's justice has finally come to terms!
Where in the green world does a REAL attorney need to live as a body guard? And with his client? In the same house? Where do the principles of professional ethics go? Everyone could see that all this creep intended was to, first get Anna's trust, then get deep into her financial issues and status, learn very well everything about them and get total and unconditional control over all she had! And she easily fell into his trap!
The ironic side of all this drama is that, Anna's greed to keep all she could from her deceased husband (and furiously fighting in Court against his heirs) was so gigantic that she could not be contented with just a relatively decent settlement: she wanted it all!
On his turn, Howard K Stern also wanted it all from her at any price, including her death! What these people ignore is the fact that, THERE IS A GOD! AND SOONER OR LATER, HIS JUSTICE WILL SHOW ITS FACE!
That is exactly what is happening now! Unfortunately, her young son Daniel Smith has, with his life, paid an extremely high price for all the lack of scruples from his own Mom and her pimp, aka "attorney"!
I just wonder how his dysfunctional sister is reacting to all this! I wish I were around to laugh on her ugly face.
THERE IS A GOD AND HE IS SURELY SHOWING THAT HE REALLY TRULY EXISTS!
