Howard K. Stern Turns Himself into Police

"The Insider" has confirmed Howard K. Stern and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor have been released after surrendering to Los Angeles authorities for felony conspiracy charges.

 

The Whittier Police Department tells "The Insider" that Stern and Dr. Kapoor were both released Thursday night at 9:45 p.m. after posting a $20,000 bond.

Stern, Dr. Kapoor, and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich are charged with three felony counts of conspiracy to furnish Anna Nicole Smith with drugs before her death, and they also face additional charges for writing fraudulent prescriptions.

"The Insider" has learned that Dr. Eroshevich is expected to turn herself into authorities on Monday.

  • Anna Nicole was an ADULT woman who started to use drugs in High School.
    She wanted to forget bad things from her childhood.Her stepfathers abused her.Howard couldn't say no to Anna's wishes.

  • He deserves to be in jail. He used her and helped her stay stoned! He helped kill her instead of getting her the help she needed. Not so sure he didn't have something to do with her sons death too!

  • howard loved anna so much. he was probably too afraid to deny her the pills she wanted cause he was afraid she would tell him to get lost if he did'nt do everything she asked.however he was still wrong for doing so
