"Hot N Cold" singer Katy Perry is an artist who appreciates her fans. And she lets them know it by licking them. Perry was the headliner at CHUM-FM Radio's Fan Fest concert on Friday at the Masonic Temple in Toronto, and she seems to find her Canadian fans to be particularly tasty. The singer, who recently denied hooking up with Paris Hilton's ex Benji Madden, was part of the Canadian Music Week festivities. The girl-kisser wore a short bomber jacket with fur collar on stage. Perhaps she caught a cold from her recent exposure in Las Vegas?
