Danny Masterson and Bijou Phillips have made it official: They're planning to get married. Us Magazine reports that 33-year-old former That '70s Show actor popped the question to his 28-year-old fiancée—the daughter of former The Mamas and the Papas bandleader John Phillips—on Saturday. The two have been dating for 3 1/2 years. Last year, Masterson accompanied Phillips to visit her half-sister, former One Day at a Time actress Mackenzie Phillips, in jail following her arrest for drug possession at Los Angeles International Airport.
