Paul Rudd & Jason Segel Premiere 'I Love You, Man'

"The Insider" was on the red carpet at the Mann's Village theater in Hollywood on Tuesday night with Paul Rudd, Jason Segel, Jamie Pressly and Jon Favreau for the premiere of the new comedy 'I Love You, Man'. Segel explains the importance of a bromance to "The Insider", while actor/director Jon Favreau reveals some special 'Iron Man 2' details.

"I think it's important, you can't burden your lady with too much of your baggage," Segel says about having guy friends. "You need to break it up a little bit."

Cast member and "The Office" star Rashida Jones compares the concept of bromance to women's liberation.

"I feel like it's the male version of women's lib," she says. "We got to be working women, mothers, we got to balance it all. They never had their sensitivity revolution. So I'm happy to be a part of that."

'I Love You, Man' stars Paul Rudd as Peter Klaven -- a real estate agent engaged to Zooey (Jones). Realizing he does not have a close guy friend to make his best man Peter goes on multiple man-dates in search of the perfect candidate, and meets Sydney Fife (Segel) in the process. Peter soon discovers that he may be getting more than he bargained for with his new friend Sydney.

'I Love You Man' hits theaters Friday March 20.
