Oprah Winfrey reveals the secret behind her success
Oprah Winfrey is one of the favorite and the best host of the talk shows presented on TV. Millions of people in America and all over the globe view her shows. Her shows are ruling the charts for last 20 consecutive seasons. She admitted that her inspiration, which she gets from serving others and a firm belief in her principles, are the secrets of her present success. This was revealed during the historical black university’s commencement ceremony at Howard Campus.

Addressing a gathering of 30,000 people in the Howard Campus she said:

My integrity is not for sale, and neither is yours and do not be a slave to any form of selling out. I stand here as a symbol of what is possible when you believe in the dream of your own life. Don’t be afraid. All you need to do is know who you are.

Winfrey recalled her experiences that she had to surmount before she emerged as triumph. During her earlier days of career at a TV station in Baltimore she was often criticized for being black and over emotional. Despite continuous poking of her executives, she refused to change her style and riding on her firm beliefs soon she proved them wrong.

Winfrey words were well received by young graduates and they applauded her. She called on the graduates to maintain their integrity and to go forth and serve others at any cost.
