This is it, faithful American Idol fans… the last two battled it out and tonight we will have a new American Idol. We know, we can hardly contain our excitement. Or our sarcasm. Really, when it gets down to this point, does it really matter who wins?The performances were just ok. Nothing too fall-out-of-your-seat amazing, but given the beatboxing bravado of Blake, it is what it is. Jordin is good, no disputing, but even we’re a little tired of her over emoting throughout the ballads.
Who’s gonna win it? Sorry, but we haven’t got a clue. A battle of talent, it’ll go to Jordin. A battle of performance, and it’s Blake’s to win.
And if it’s a battle of strangeness, well that goes to Paula Abdul. Really, tripping over her dog and breaking her nose? No worries though – she was hooked up on pain killers and hair extensions at the finals so she felt no pain.
