Former contestant on The Bachelor Melissa Rycroft wasted to time in finding a new boyfriend. She is currently dating Ty Strickland whom she knew for 2 years prior to her time on the reality show.   Ty is definitely an upgrade from that crying wimp Jason Mesnick.  They were spotted yesterday in Los Angeles running errands after breakfast.

Is she wearing an engagement ring?

Melissa is currently kickin’ butt on another reality show, Dancing with the Stars.
