Lindsay Lohan Ex-girlfriend Courtenay Semel Checks Into Rehab

COURTENAY Semel Yahoo! billionaire Terry Semel's lesbian daughter has decided to kick her bad habits. A close friend of Courtenay tells Page Six, "She's checked into rehab. Her family gave her one last gift and she decided to accept it and change her life." Semel told The Post recently her father had cut her off after she got arrested at Caesars in Las Vegas for hitting a security guard. James Vituscka, a rep for Semel, tells us, "Courtenay has indeed checked into rehab . . . She's emotionally, physically and mentally exhausted. She is now taking responsibility for her actions and is excited for her chance to start over." Another pal added, "She's trying to save her relationship with her family. She and [girlfriend] Casey Johnson are so volatile. Her public antics were really just a cry for help." Semel, who set Johnson's hair on fire in February, is expected to be away at least three months. [NY POST]

Courtenay revealed that she was jealous of Lindsay Lohan's open romantic relationship with her girlfriend DJ Samantha Ronson.

Although, we are pretty much used to the idea of Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronsondating now, it seems Lindsay had a lesbian lover months before this relationship with Samantha.

Courtenay Semel told a friend, “Everyone thinks Samantha is Lindsay’s first lesbian love, but we were very passionate until her fear of being found out drove us apart.”

And Semel adds, “At the time she was terrified her career would be over if she revealed her sexual tendencies. But then Samantha came on to the scene and I was dropped.”

Courtenay Semel, 25, said of actress/singer Lindsay Lohan, 22, that she had sex with many men to attempt and suppress her desire for women, and to hide her secret from the public.

Semel also related how living the “double life” took it’s toll on Lohan, causing her to give in to her addictions.

Courtenay Semel also revealed that Lindsay Lohan was in a love triangle with her, as well as current girlfriend, Samantha Ronson.

Semel’s friend said of the lesbian love triangle, “She met Lindsay in the summer of 2006 at a party in Malibu. From the start Lindsay was very confused about her feelings for Courtenay so did more and more drugs to stifle the sexual attraction she was experiencing.”

“But eventually she just gave in and at every party they’d kiss and touch each other in the corner. It’s a miracle nobody found out,” the source reveals.

“Both of them would do lines of cocaine in the toilets then head home and fall into bed together”, she adds.

Through that next year, Semel and Lohan were on and off again in their relationship. At the time, Lindsay Lohan went to several rehab facilities for addiction, as well as dated men as a “cover.”

But in January of 2007, Lindsay Lohan met Samantha Ronson, 31, a well-known DJ.

“Back then Samantha and Lindsay didn’t have a physical relationship,” Courtenay’s pal continued. “She once said, ‘Samantha’s the father I never had’! “Apparently Samantha acted in a ‘paternal’ way towards her, giving her advice and cuddles.”

When Lindsay Lohan was in the Promises treatment center, she had both Courtenay Semel and Samantha Ronson visiting her separately.

Apparently, Lohan’s and Ronson’s friendship grew into love.[STUPID CELEBRITIES]
