"Dancing with the Stars" contestant Shawn Johnson appeared in good spirits Thursday in Los Angeles.

The Olympic gymnast was seen leaving CBS Studios the same day her alleged stalker Robert O'Ryan appeared in court.

O'Ryan appeared in court in Los Angeles on Thursday and pleaded not guilty to all three counts against him.
