Howard Stern: Twice I tried to kill myself

It seems that Howard Stern has revealed his deepest secret. On his radio show the American Radio Star Stern admitted of trying to commit suicide twice, this is believed to happen when the star was battling against depression.

Commiserating with co-host Artie Lange over depression, Howard made this candid and shocking statement when he said:

I’ve had a gun in my mouth twice. I had some dark days in the past.

Though after this admission Stern quickly changed the topic and moved on with his show. In his past shows Stern had discussed his struggle with depression and penchant for collecting guns.

Born on January 12, 1954, Howard Allan Stern is an American radio and TV personality, media mogul, and humorist. He has also acted in some films and even authored a couple of books viz. Private Parts, and Miss America. Later he made a film based on his book Private Parts.

His show, The Howard Stern Show, aired four days a week is quite famous with radio listeners.
