The 82-year-old publishing mogul is selling his home right next to the Playboy mansion for $28 million, the Los Angeles Times reports. The two-story, 7,300-square-foot home in Holmby Hills was built in 1929 and purchased by Hefner in 1998.
The house sits behind private gates on 2.3 acres and has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The property includes a pool and is adjacent to the Los Angeles Country Club.
