'House''s Chance Encounter

"The Insider" has your sneak peek at tonight's all-new episode of "House," in which the irreverent doctor has a chance encounter that could save a man's life. Plus, the show's star, Hugh Laurie, dishes on the latest season of the hit FOX show!

After banging up his elbow in a motorcycle accident in New York City, House (Laurie) shares a hospital room with a man named Lee, who is unable to move or communicate after injuring his head in a bicycle accident.

House convinces doctors that Lee is not brain dead -- and he finds a way to communicate with him through Lee's blinking eyes. The determined doc gets Lee transferred to Princeton-Plainsboro hospital, and he is convinced that Lee has "locked-in" syndrome.

But Lee soon loses his ability to blink, and the team scrambles to find out what is ailing him. And, Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) casts an eye of suspicion on House, asking why he was in NYC at the time of his motorcycle accident.
