Contrary to several Internet reports, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office tells "The Insider" that Rihanna is being a cooperative victim, as the arraignment of Chris Brown nears.

Brown is charged with two felony counts of assault and making criminal threats in connection with an incident in February, in which he allegedly punched, bit and choked Rihanna.

"We deal with her attorney who says she is a cooperating victim," Sandi Gibbons from the L.A. County D.A.'s office tells "The Insider."

Brown's lawyers were supposed to meet with a judge for a status conference on March 23 but that was canceled. He is scheduled to be arraigned April 6.
