As legions of love-struck fashionistas wait with bated breath for the follow-up to last summer's 'Sex and the City' movie, there is now a release date set for the big 'Sex' sequel.
Variety reports that Warner Bros. and New Line plan to release 'Sex and the City 2' on May 28, 2010.
According to the trade paper, Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie Bradshaw), Kim Cattrall (Samantha Jones), Cynthia Nixon (Miranda Hobbes) and Kristin Davis (Charlotte York) will all get back into their Manolos for more fun and fashion! Director-writer Michael Patrick King is also slated to return for the film's sequel.
Last summer's big-screen adaptation of HBO's hit series reigned at the box office, bringing in $57 million in its opening weekend.
