Breaking: Madonna's Adoption Application Denied

New Details on Madonna's Adoption Proceedings

Madonna's attempt to adopt a second child from Malawi has come to a standstill.

 

The adoption application was denied because prospective parents must be residents of the country for a period of 18 – 24 months, the Associated Press reports. Her attorney told the wire service that he had passed on the ruling to Madonna and that he is "awaiting instructions."
