Julianne Hough wins Top New Artist

One of my favorite Dancing with the Stars cast members, Julianne Hough won big last night at the Academy of Country Music Awards last night. The beautiful blond won the Top New Artist Award but the poor thing had a wardrobe malfunction on the way up to receive her award! Her Zuhair Murad dress ripped!

“It’s a good thing I ripped my dress because now I have something else to think about,” she said tearfully.

• Vocal Event of the Year: Brad Paisley and Keith Urban, “Start a Band”
