Julianne Hough ripped her gorgeous beaded Zuhair Murad dress getting onto the stage to accept her top new artist award from the Academy of Country Music. SHE IS JUST 20. JUST BLOODY 20, and she can dance (as she is in "Dancing With The Star), her boyfriend is a ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, and did we mention she's only 20!!! (kill me now).

Actually, she told the audience, it was a welcome distraction from her nerves:
"It's a good thing I ripped my dress because now I have something else to think about!"
