"Everyone's turned on me," Lohan tells Us Weekly. "It's absolute hell."
The mag says that Ronson enlisted the help of five security guards to bar Lohan from entering a party for Ronson's sister at the Chateau Marmont last Friday.
"The worst night of my life," Lohan tells the mag, which also reports that Ronson proceeded to switch the locks on a Hollywood house that she and Lohan shared.
"I'm not a bad person and this is what happens," says a reportedly teary-eyed Lohan. "I was raised to treat people well, and I'm so tired of this drama."
"I'm just really hurt!" she adds. "The whole situation is sick."
