Nicky Hilton returned to Las Vegas to host an exclusive party at Prive Located on the Mezzanine level at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, the place to be by al accounts and Keshia Knight Pulliam (pictured above) who played Rudy Huxtable in “The Cosby Show,” for those who can remember, celebrated her 30th birthday at the event.
