The restraining order has now been lengthened to an additional three years. The 34-year-old was arrested last month at a CBS studio facility after reportedly carrying loaded guns and attempting to crash the set of "Dancing" in order to meet Shawn.
O'Ryan has pleaded not guilty to all three counts against him in the Shawn Johnson case -- one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle.
