Hulk Hogan’s son Nick is due back in a Florida court in March 2010, following a car crash that left a man severely injured.

Nick, now 18, was sentenced to eight months in prison in May last year after pleading no contest to a charge of reckless driving.

But now Judge W. Douglas Baird has said he will allow three weeks from his calendar in March 2010 if either party cannot come to a settlement before that date, according to TampaBay.com.

Nick is said to have crashed the Toyota Supra he was driving into a palm tree during a street race in Clearwater in August 2007.

Nick is the son of wrestling star Hulk Hogan and featured in the hit show Hogan Knows Best with his famous dad, mum Linda and sister Brooke.

  • I think the law is allowing these type of people to get away with this horrible behavior. The law should be equal to everyone no matter what your status is. How awful it is to know that any other person would be in jail right now but this guy gets...
