Music sensations the Jonas Brothers hung out with heartthrob Zac Efron on Tuesday night -- why were the hot young stars out and about in Hollywood?

The gorgeous trio and hunky actor hit up an after party in Los Angeles for the premiere of Zac's new film '17 Again.'

The new movie also starring Matthew Perry, Leslie Mann, and Michelle Trachtenberg hits theaters this Friday.
