Katie Holmes' Brother-In-Law Dies

"The Insider" has learned that Katie Holmes' brother-in-law has passed away unexpectedly.

 

A rep for the actress confirms to "The Insider" that Joseph Jeffrey Fretti, the 48-year-old husband of Holmes' older sister Tamera, has died of heart failure.
