Michael Lohan Had Been Eerily Quiet for Far Too Long
It seems like all that time spent in jail, letting Dinah get all the media attention, has Michael Lohan scrambling to make up for lost PR opportunities. Lindsay Lohan's dad is speaking out about his daughter's rehab, and rolling off the list of her addictions to anyone who will listen. Lohan claims that his daughter is most specifically fighting an addiction to OxyContin, a strong painkiller. Eww, that's the same stuff Rush Limbaugh took. I hope this doesn't somehow mean she's contracted his cooties. Additionally, Lindsay will be working on her other drug addictions, which unsurprisingly include the substance found in her car in her recent DUI arrest, cocaine.

"I spoke to the people treating Lindsay, because I wanted to make sure she was getting the right care," said Michael, who is studying to be a drug rehab counselor with the faith-based addiction recovery organization Teen Challenge. "And I'm satisfied they are doing the right thing for her, helping her detox from the painkillers and things. That's a very important step."
Hopefully, they can also break of that nasty self-tanner habit she's picked up. I mean, for the love of God, she's wearing a white dress in this picture. You know the inside of it has to look like it was worn by a sweaty carrot.
