Kate Walsh Attempts to Block Husband Alex Young From Receivign Alimony

Private Practice star Kate Walsh is hoping to get out of paying her estranged husband Alex Young alimony, according to Contact Music. As mentioned last year, the couple split up after only being married a year.

Attorneys for the actress filed a bid to block Young from claiming alimony at the Los Angeles Superior Court of California.

TMZ.com reports that Kate also requested for additional time to evaluate all of her assets. I wonder if she had a prenup!
