Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell Nearly "Duked It Out" Over Matt Giraud

Last Night's American Idol offered a compelling moment in television, when the judges used their one-time power to salvage contestant Matt Giraud from voter rejection. But it also robbed the world of an even more compelling moment: The sight of AI judges Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell pummelling each other over the decision.   • right, if AI was just about simon tearing down everyone, they would have been better suited for cable and had about 2 million viewers. the reason it reaches out to Everyone and is #1, is in large part because Paula is on it!

  • joyce, do you even watch this show? its not like you described it atll, because of one person as her name is PAULA: she makes this show a good family show! without her, it would just be a "lets laugh at others people misery" show but now its not

  • I hate the show. I hate any show that puts another person down and destroys someone else's self esteem. Some of these kids will never get over the cruel words.
