Leonardo DiCaprio wanted to quit acting after he rose to fame as a
heartthrob in hit love story 'Titanic'.
The 32-year-old actor hated being considered just "another piece of cute
meat" after the film's box office success.
DiCaprio told Newsweek magazine: "It was pretty disheartening to be
objectified like that. I wanted to stop acting for a little bit.
"It changed my life in a lot of ways, but at the same time, I can't say that
it didn't give me opportunities. It made me, for the first time, in control
of my career."
'The Aviator' star - who was nominated twice for the Best Actor Golden Globe
for his roles in 'The Departed' and 'Blood Diamond' - has confessed he loves
acting more than anything else.
He said: "There's no other art form in the world that affects me more.
There's nothing that I walk away from feeling transformed by the way I do
with cinema."

Do you think Rocco DiSpirito deserved to be out, despite the fact that Misty May-Treanor's injury saved him?
