The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation Awards (GLAAD) took place this weekend and comedian Kathy Griffin used the platform to show off her bikini bod.Griffin took the stage in a blue and green bathing suit and was given the organization's Vanguard award. She was escorted by "Grey's Anatomy" star T.R. Knight.
