Zefron's "17 Again" Lands On Weekend Box Office's Top Spot

Zefron mania is in full force this weekend as his latest film he shares credit with "Friends" star Matthew Perry goes straight to number one in its debut.

Zac Efron's "17 Again" has grossed .1 million in the recent three-day weekend, beating Russell Crowe's new thriller "State of Play" with million more.

Another film that opened on Friday is Jason Statham's "Crank" sequel, "Crank: High Voltage" didn't liven up to its predecessor's opening in 2006. It's in 6th place with .5 million.

Meanwhile, plunging 61 percent from its spot in the first place last week is tween queen Miley Cyrus' "Hannah Montana" movie. It gathered another .7 million at the list, placing fourth.
