Oprah Winfrey announced on her Web site that she has canceled an episode of her show that was to look back at the shootings that took place at Columbine High School.

"I decided to pull the Columbine show today. After reviewing it, I thought it focused too much on the killers," Oprah said on her website. "Today, hold a thought for the Columbine community. This is a hard day for them."

Today marks the anniversary of the massacre in Littleton, Colorado that killed 12 students and a teacher, the Associated Press reports. The episode canceled by Oprah was titled "10 Years Later: The Truth about Columbine."

  • Why cancel your show, you could have your show on just emphasizing on the kids that suffer from violence...anyway, we respect you Oprah, and continue the good work you do.
