Jennifer Garner Seeks Advice from Fellow Actress

Mother-of-two Jennifer Garner says she looks to working mom Reese Witherspoon for guidance on balancing motherhood and a thriving acting career.

"I always quiz Reese about how she does it," Jennifer tells InStyle magazine. "I feel like she does a really good job."

Jennifer and husband Ben Affleck recently welcomed their second baby girl, Seraphina Rose Elizabeth, to the family. The actress says her oldest daughter Violet, 3, has been "amazing" with her new little sister.

But this Hollywood couple still has the normal day-to-day struggles of raising two young kids. "It's the morning combo of nursing and trying to get Violet to preschool that's such a challenge," the actress explains about her family's routine. "Ben will do the school run. He dresses her and does her hair. It's pretty funny. … You can always tell when he has been at it, just two random barrettes hanging in there. It's so sweet."

As for Jennifer's professional life, her movie costarring Matthew McConaughey titled 'Ghosts of Girlfriends Past' is set to hit theaters May 1. The actress can also be seen on the upcoming issue of InStyle magazine, on newsstands Friday.
