Madonna's Horse Accident Report Revealed

"The Insider" has obtained the handwritten accident report made by the Southampton Police Department regarding Madonna's horse-riding accident over the weekend in which she was injured.

The report says police responded to an "aided case" made by Madonna, who according to the accident report, was a "victim of fall from horse." Click HERE to view the document.

"The Insider" received a statement from Madonna's spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg over the weekend that read, "The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend. Madonna will be having further tests and continues to remain under observation by doctors."
