The Joint closed in February with a Motley Crue concert to undergo the renovations - expanding 30,000 square feet that includes new retail space and a spa. The newer, nicer Joint seemed to be filled to its capacity - 4,000 - with screaming fans.
"Is it too early to say how awesome it is that we get to open this place?" Lead singer Brandon Flowers asked the crowd after a few songs. The band played an 18-song set.
