Ryan Gosling’s Dead Man’s Bones New Video - “Name in Stone”

DEAD MAN’S BONES - “NAME IN STONE” from biz3 publicity on Vimeo.

Ryan Gosling may a few films underway, but the “Notebook” heartthrob is making his way in music. His second video from his band, Dead Man’s Bones, is currently making rounds. “Name in Stone” followed “In the Room Where You Sleep.” (See below.) The music is pretty good. It’s a sort of folky mix of Jim Morrison vocals and an old pre-rock riffs mixed with a dark feeling.

Gosling isn’t leaving the acting world in search of musical related adventures circa Joaquin Phoenix. Currently “All Good Things” and “Blue Valentine” are both in production stages. His third film “The Dallas Buyer’s Club” has been announced and is due out late this year. This will be his 27th project from his first adventure in showbiz on the kid aimed show, “Are You Afraid of the Dark” and the “Mickey Mouse Club.”
