Ciara was spotted out in Paris last night.  Ciara has been garnering quite a bit of attention lately for allegedly going at Rihanna on her album artwork.  We hope this is untrue.  She has to know by now, that gimmicks are rarely successful in selling records.  Is Ciara’s attire in order?  More Ciara is only a click away….
